The check-in process was automated but the staff was available to assist, which made the experience smoother. The onsen was a highlight, providing a calming retreat after exploring each day, and the hotel’s proximity to a beautiful shrine and nearby metro stations facilitated easy navigation. However, room space felt limited at times, making it tricky to store luggage, and the cleaning frequency was less than expected. Elevators were also crowded during peak times, adding to the inconvenience.

Surprising gem in Tokyo!
Super impressed! The room was way bigger than what I'm used to in Tokyo. The subway was a super short walk, which was a lifesaver. Also, I could control the AC in my room, although it took a day to work right. Grabbed some great food nearby, but the restaurant options in the hotel were kinda limited.

The Onsen experience provided a much-needed relaxation after long days out and about. The location near a train station made navigating the city quick and easy.
The rooms were smaller than expected, with some guests having to store luggage under the bed, making access difficult for seniors. Elevators during peak times were crowded. on checkout day, waiting for an elevator took 30 minutes when two were out of service for cleaning. Additionally, the bathroom felt cramped and had low ceilings, making showers uncomfortable for taller guests.
