I loved the easy access to multiple subway lines, making travel around Tokyo simple. The room was a bit cramped, though, and I had to climb over my partner to use the bathroom at night. 😅

    efficient check-in

It was a smart choice for a city trip in Tokyo with good value for money. The check-in process was unique and efficient, using high-tech kiosks that made everything easy. Make sure to check the breakfast timing to avoid missing out on your meal.

    helpful staff
    relaxing onsen
    limited space
    crowded elevators
    infrequent cleaning

The check-in process was automated but the staff was available to assist, which made the experience smoother. The onsen was a highlight, providing a calming retreat after exploring each day, and the hotel’s proximity to a beautiful shrine and nearby metro stations facilitated easy navigation. However, room space felt limited at times, making it tricky to store luggage, and the cleaning frequency was less than expected. Elevators were also crowded during peak times, adding to the inconvenience.

    Surprising gem in Tokyo!

Super impressed! The room was way bigger than what I'm used to in Tokyo. The subway was a super short walk, which was a lifesaver. Also, I could control the AC in my room, although it took a day to work right. Grabbed some great food nearby, but the restaurant options in the hotel were kinda limited.

    onsen experience
    train station
    crowded elevators

The Onsen experience provided a much-needed relaxation after long days out and about. The location near a train station made navigating the city quick and easy.

The rooms were smaller than expected, with some guests having to store luggage under the bed, making access difficult for seniors. Elevators during peak times were crowded. on checkout day, waiting for an elevator took 30 minutes when two were out of service for cleaning. Additionally, the bathroom felt cramped and had low ceilings, making showers uncomfortable for taller guests.

    inconvenient luggage storage

The room offers comfort with a cozy layout and excellent amenities, including fresh towels daily. The onsen on the 17th floor provides a fantastic relaxation option after long days. However, the room may feel cramped for longer stays, making luggage storage under the bed less convenient. Additionally, the bathroom has low ceilings and can be uncomfortable. Being close to a metro station simplifies navigating the surroundings.
